# What You Need:

→ Dairy

01 - 2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt

→ Fruits

02 - 1 cup fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
03 - 1 medium banana, sliced

→ Grains

04 - 1 1/2 cups granola

→ Sweetener (optional)

05 - 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

→ Garnish (optional)

06 - 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts)
07 - Fresh mint leaves

# How to Make:

01 - Hull and slice strawberries if used; rinse all berries and pat dry. Slice the banana.
02 - Place 2 tablespoons of yogurt as the first layer in each of the 4 glasses.
03 - Sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of granola over the yogurt in each glass.
04 - Top granola with mixed berries and a few banana slices.
05 - Continue layering yogurt, granola, and fruit until glasses are filled, finishing with a fruit layer on top.
06 - Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the top layer if desired.
