02 - 3.5 oz sliced salami
03 - 3.5 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated
04 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

# How to Make:
01 - Heat the oven to 400°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, lay out the thawed puff pastry sheet and brush evenly with Dijon mustard.
03 - Distribute sliced salami evenly over the pastry, then sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top.
04 - Starting from one long edge, roll the pastry tightly into a log.
05 - Cut the log into 16 equal pieces and arrange them cut side up on the prepared tray.
06 - Brush the tops of each scroll with the beaten egg to enhance browning.
07 - Bake for 16 to 18 minutes until the scrolls are puffed and golden brown.
